The $250 Appointment Deposit/Credit (For Remodels, Installations and Repairs)
Your $250 deposit secures your appointment and is a commitment that you’re serious about your project.
Time is valuable—ours and yours—and this deposit ensures we’re reserving that time for someone who’s ready to move forward. This deposit is credited toward your project if you decide to proceed or refunded if we’re not the right fit for your needs.

- For Us: Shopify ensures contractors are compensated for their work, providing us with the confidence to deliver the best possible results.
Refunds and Adjustments
We believe in transparency and fairness:
- If your project isn’t a match for our expertise: We’ll let you know upfront and issue a partial refund of your deposit, up to $200.
- Full Transparency, $50 Trip Charge Minimum for Our Gas and Time
- Another $50 if we decide you can do a project yourself - will show you exactly how to do it.
- Another $50 if we point you where to buy and what equipment to rent.
- If you choose to move forward: Your deposit will be applied toward your project costs.
